Let’s focus on KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)! Writing about KPIs isn’t easy because there are almost as many KPIs as there are business models. So, here’s a handy list, categorized by KPI types – pick what interests you! 😉

Traction and Growth

  • Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR): Monthly revenue generated from customer subscriptions.

  • Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR): Annual revenue based on subscriptions.

  • Growth Rate (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly): Revenue growth rate over different periods.

Retention and Churn

  • Customer Retention Rate (CRR): Percentage of customers retained over a given period.

  • Churn Rate: Percentage of customers lost over a given period.

  • Customer Lifetime Value (LTV): Total value a customer generates during their relationship with the company.
