Traction and Growth
Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR): Monthly revenue generated from customer subscriptions.
Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR): Annual revenue based on subscriptions.
Growth Rate (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly): Revenue growth rate over different periods.
Retention and Churn
Customer Retention Rate (CRR): Percentage of customers retained over a given period.
Churn Rate: Percentage of customers lost over a given period.
Customer Lifetime Value (LTV): Total value a customer generates during their relationship with the company.
