What’s a Business Plan for?

A Business Plan is your 3-5 year business roadmap. It helps your banker and investors understand exactly where you’re headed and what goals you aim to achieve in 1 year, 2 years, and beyond. These goals will be the foundation for your next funding round (or not).

Is a Business Plan only useful for financiers?

Absolutely not! The Business Plan is hugely underrated, hence my little jab at “BP is useless.” Before it helps your investor see your vision, it helps you know where you stand and provides a clear path forward.
