The Perfect PitchDeck

Here’s the first article of the Founders Box, and it’s definitely the one you’ve been waiting for!

Its goal? To give you all the keys to the perfect pitch deck! You’ll find a template at the bottom of this note, ready for you to use endlessly.

But before we dive in, let’s cover some basics:

• What’s a pitch deck for?

A pitch deck is your pitch in written form, the one that’ll make investors want to dig deeper. No need to go into all the details – that’s what your business plan, data room, cap table, … are for. By the way, we’ll cover all those topics in other notes.

• Should you send your pitch deck?

I’d say try to avoid your deck floating around everywhere; keep it exclusive! It’s still your best calling card. So, I recommend using “Docsend” to track who views it. When sending it via WhatsApp, include a quick summary in your message – it should be shareable in private investor groups.
